A single mom in various stages of her life, she took her two kids from Vietnam during the war in 1975 to America. ROSEMARY TRAN LAUER survived with welfare and some people in her life watching her kids while she looked for work. Before becoming a commercial realtor, Rosemary founded Devotion To Children, a 501(c)3 non profit organization, in 1994 to help provide access to high-quality educational and childcare programs for children under six from economically disadvantaged families. To date, DTC has helped raised several hundred thousands of dollars to help improve the lives of young children and their families throughout the region. In 2013, Rosemary released her memoir "Beggars or Angels", and had all the proceeds go to help her cause at Devotion to Children. In 2015, Rosemary became the Owner and President of both Tetra Global Real Estate, LLC & The Tetra Partnerships. The podcast serves the community by uplifting the inspiring voices that reshape our world through fairness and shared access in the arts, business, and beyond.
